built around one goal: getting you to your first press.

LEVEL 1 — FOUNDATIONS (Weeks 1–2)
For the complete beginner. No experience required.
Build the body awareness, shoulder mechanics, and compression
patterns that every press is built on. Most people skip this.
That’s why most people can’t press.

LEVEL 2 — STRENGTH BASE (Weeks 3–4)
This is where the real work starts.
Eccentric (negative) press training, compression loading,
and shoulder strength drills that build the engine behind
your press.

LEVEL 3 — SKILL TRANSFER (Weeks 5–6)
Strength meets movement.
Your first real press attempts — tuck press, straddle wall
work, forearm holds — guided progressions that bridge the
gap between “I can almost do it” and actually doing it.

LEVEL 4 — PRESS MASTERY (Week 7+, Ongoing)
Straddle press. Tuck press. Pike press.
This level has no end date. You keep training, building reps,
and refining until the press is yours. For good.

FAQ

Q: Do I need to already have a handstand to do this course?
A: You don’t need a freestanding handstand, but you should be comfortable kicking up to a wall. If you’re not there yet, that’s okay — I have a Beginner Handstand course that will get you ready. Come back to this one when you can kick up confidently. The press will be waiting.

Q: How long will it take to get my press?
A: Honestly — it depends on where you’re starting from and
how consistently you train. Most students who follow the
program 3 days a week will see significant progress within
4–6 weeks. A full press can take longer, and that’s
completely normal. This program gives you the right path —
your job is to stay on it.

Q: How much time per session does this take?
A: Sessions range from 30–60 minutes depending on the level.
It’s designed to fit into a real life, not take it over.

Q: Do I need special equipment?
A: Not much. A yoga mat (optional), wall space, and a set
of yoga blocks covers most of it. That’s it.

Q: Is this for flexibility people or strength people?
A: Both — and that’s the point. The press requires a
specific combination of compression strength AND
flexibility. This program trains both, so it doesn’t
matter which side you’re coming from.

Q: Do I get lifetime access?
A: Yes. Once you’re in, the course is yours. Train through
